Siete propietari di una cantina, anche di tipo condominiale, e siete anche appassionati di vini e liquori? Desiderate un angolo dove poter raccogliere tutti i vostri migliori vini per offrirli ai vostri amici? Perchè non trasformare la vostra cantina da magazzino di roba inutile a piccolo ambiente da sfruttare, non solo per tenere al fresco le vostre vettovaglie?
Non ci avevate mai pensato vero? In realtà basta veramente poco per rendere un ambiente come la cantina una sorta di taverna per gustare un buon vino, basta qualche scaffale, delle cassette riciclate di vecchi vini o champagne, qualche mobile di recupero, più vecchi sono meglio sarà!
Ma vediamo nel dettaglio, gli scaffali non possono mancare, se sono vecchi e di colori improbabili dategli una verniciata, fateli scomparire nella parete, mettete dentro tutte le cassette in legno di vini o liquori che riuscite a trovare ed utilizzatele come cassetti veri e propri. Utilizzate le pareti in altezza, ma se la cantina è stretta vi converrà occuparne solo un lato. Recuperate un vecchio mobile in ferro o in legno da mettere in centro stanza o addossato alla parete libera, e attrezzatelo con sgabelli e qualche bicchiere particolare. Utilizzate dei pallet per ricreare un porta bottiglie e porta bicchieri per le vostre degustazioni.
Se la vostra cantina negli anni è stata imbiancata, armatevi di pazienza ma togliete assolutamente tutto l'intonaco che potete, fate riemergere i mattoni e ripuliteli, l'ambiente acquisirà immediatamente un fascino di altri tempi. Il pavimento è in battuto? Potreste tenerlo così o piastrellarlo, nel secondo caso cotto o gres effetto legno, lasciate perdere piastrelle chiare o da cucina, è un ambiente buio per definizione la cantina, altrimenti rovinereste l'atmosfera.
Se trovate in qualche mercatino dell'usato delle vecchie targhe di negozi, acquistatele, l'ambiente avrà subito un sapore di altri tempi. Non dimenticate l'illuminazione, in un ambiente buio è essenziale, prevedete più punti luce in luoghi strategici, sicuramente vicino ai vini e sicuramente sopra il mobile con sgabelli. Se la cantina non ha un impianto elettrico privato, utilizzate lampade da campeggio vintage!
