Arriva l'autunno, le castagne, le zucche, i funghi, ma soprattutto stivaletti, sciarponi, giacchini di pelle! Gli alberi diventano di fuoco, chi lo possiede può iniziare ad accendere il caminetto. I profumi, anche in città, sono quelli di legna bruciata e caldarroste. Si vede che quella appena iniziata è la mia stagione preferita? Perchè se non si capisce ve lo dico io, AMO l'autunno... E cosa c'è di meglio per iniziare bene una nuova stagione dell'organizzare una bella cena con amici?
Ovviamente sarà imperativo imbandire la tavola in modo degno! Ecco alcuni trucchetti e consigli per rendere la vostra cena di ringraziamento all'autunno indimenticabile...
Ovviamente la prima cosa che dovrete curare sarà la cucina, una cucina ricca, calda e profumata, ma una volta imbastita la cena dovrete apparecchiare la tavola. I piatti perfetti saranno dei colori della cioccolata e della panna, uno sopra l'altro, ma anche dei semplici piatti bianchi faranno la loro figura se correttamente addobbati. Al fianco dei piatti scegliete dei tovaglioli con i colori della stagione, arancione, marrone, beige, rosso cupo, oppure bianchi con delle righe che richiamino questi colori. La tovaglia sceglietela bianca, di ottima fattura ma non colorata.
Le posate mettetele tutte uguali, ma se non ne avete abbastanza, allora, spaiatele tutte, e alternatele, fate diventare questa mancanza una caratteristica divertente. Bicchiere per l'acqua, ma soprattutto bicchiere per il vino, magari completamente differente da quello per l'acqua, se avete scelto le posate tutte uguali, potreste osare i bicchieri tutti diversi!
E infine un segnaposto fatto da voi, con mele, spighe di grano, zucche, rosmarino, lavanda seccata, scegliete qualcosa che richiami i colori scelti sulla tavola, inserite un cartellino col nome della persona che volete far sedere in quel coperto, e aggiungete un piccolo omaggio da far portare via all'ospite.
