Nella città di Goteborg c'è un mini appartamento costruito nel 1907 che misura solo 34 mq. Eppure l'alloggio è progettato talmente bene da non mancare di niente. La casa è suddivisa in due, la parte sotto, dove troviamo la zona cucina e la zona soggiorno, e il soppalco dove è stata inserita la camera da letto.
Sotto la scala che porta alla zona notte troviamo, ben nascosti, due armadi capienti.

In the city of Gothenburg there is a mini apartment built in 1907, measuring just 34 square meters. Yet housing is designed well enough to be sure of anything. The house is divided into two, the part below, where we find the kitchen and living area, and a gallery which has been inserted the bedroom.
Under the staircase leading to the sleeping area we find, well hidden, two spacious closets.

C'è stato un tempo in cui, tutti uniti, odiavamo i vecchi e brutti termosifoni in ghisa, volevamo quelli moderni, piatti, lineari. E invece loro sono tornati per diventare protagonisti, come dimostrano queste immagini meravigliose!
There was a time in which, all together, hated the bad old cast iron radiators, we wanted those modern, flat, linear. But they are back to become protagonists, as evidenced by these wonderful pictures!
Ecco un progetto davvero molto simpatico. Avete una vecchia cassettiera che volete far fuori? Bene tenete buoni i cassetti, dipingeteli, magari cambiategli le maniglie e accorciateli di almeno due terzi della profondità. Ovviamente non in quest'ordine!

Here is a very nice project. You have an old dresser that you want to kill? Well keep good drawers, paint it, maybe make sure to change the handles and trim at least two thirds of the depth. Obviously not in that order!

Ecco alcune brillanti soluzioni per delle mini stanze degli ospiti, certo la comodità è un altra cosa, ma in queste immagini vediamo sfruttata completamente la capacità di presentare bene anche un ambiente eccessivamente stretto ed altrimenti claustrofobico.

Non amo i colori pastello. Sono più un tipo da colori opachi e non troppo luminosi. I colori pastello per me sono una vera e propria antitesi. Eppure guardo queste immagini e non posso non rimanerne affascinata!
I do not love the pastel colors. They are more a type of opaque colors and not too bright. The pastel colors are for me a real antithesis. Yet I look at these pictures and I can not to remain fascinated!
A fianco alla Dressing Room troviamo quindi il sogno di ogni donna, una cabina armadio, enorme, spaziosa, luminosa. C'è poco da descrivere di questa camera, il pavimento è in parquet, le pareti azzurrine e i mobili in contrasto sono stati scelti bianchi.
La meraviglia di una camera del genere, al posto di leggerla possiamo guardarla direttamente dalle foto!
Fortunata la donna che vincerà questa stanza...
Beside the Dressing Room we find then the dream of every woman, a walk-in closet, huge, spacious, bright. There is little to describe this room, the floor is parquet, pale blue walls and furniture in contrast were chosen whites.
The wonder of this chamber, instead of reading it we can look directly at the pictures!
